4/1/2024 0 Comments Tekken 3 gba![]() Overall, I gave this one 75% which is high, but doesn’t crack the top 5 or so of GBA titles in my ongoing rankings but it was comparable to SF 3 Alpha honestly. Once your in game, the graphics are what they are: even for GBA, you’d think they should be a little clearer but I didn’t knock it too hard. The opening and title screen graphics are all great and the music is seriously the best fighting game compilation since SF II it rocks and keeps you pumped as you fight and it’s varied. There were a bunch of modes, like Survival, and Exhibition and even Teams, which really adds to the playability of this title. Heihacihi gave me fits at the end though tough fight. ![]() I found some great combos with Law that could even do damage as the opponent was falling. So, I played through that, then went to Pro (I think) and this was a bit more of a challenge. Like I said, everyone has their fighter! So, Easy mode was just that: Easy! Like way too Easy. So, I played Tournament mode first and picked Law, well, because….I always pick Law. Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament were both stellar entries in the franchise, both of which were played religiously in the Rader/Robertson house I stayed at a lot, but where in the heck does this one fall? Who Loves Tekken? Somewhere out there, this is their mecca of fighting games this is their Street Fighter, the game they grew up on, the characters they loved to pick and hated to pick. ![]()
